From startup idea
to working MVP.
Greenstrat helps early-stage founders make better product decisions and build focused SaaS MVPs — without the extra features, frameworks or guesswork.
Building a startup comes with a lot of questions.
Is this actually a problem worth solving? Who should I build this for? What should my MVP include? Which feature should I build first? Am I building too much, too early? What should I do next?
You don't always need another framework, another course, or another strategy document. Sometimes you need someone to sit down with you, understand the situation, challenge your assumptions, and help you decide what to do next.

Build second.
Early-stage startups rarely fail because they didn't build enough features. More often, they spend too much time building before they have enough clarity about the problem, the customer, or the product.
Greenstrat brings strategy and product thinking into the build process — helping founders decide what matters before investing heavily in development.

Built by someone who's been on both sides of the table.
Greenstrat was founded by Raghavendra Rajan, a founder and startup builder with experience across business modelling, entrepreneurship and product development.
He has worked with a family office on developing business models, built a venture of his own, and was a finalist in the UK Startup Awards in the Scotland region.
Today, he is building FoundersQuiver while working with early-stage founders through Greenstrat. His approach is simple: understand the problem, make the right product decisions, and build only what needs to be built first.
